Yes. The spas are always functional (except in the event of breakage or unforeseen events) and the water is treated with chlorine. The filters are changed and the water quality is adjusted between each stay. Our hygiene standards are strict.

We accept babies aged two and under. However, you must ensure their comfort (sleeping accessories, feeding equipment, etc.) and safety. There are wood-burning stoves and hot tubs in every chalet, so parental vigilance is required. Please note that it is not possible to add a sleeping accessory directly on the floor, as heated floors become very hot without ventilation. This can be dangerous.

All reservations can be moved once free of charge or cancelled before 4 p.m., 30 days before the day of arrival. No refund is allowed within 30 days before the date of stay. A $50 fee will be charged for any cancellation. Yes, we provide our customers with paddle boards, kayaks and canoes as well as the additional nautical safety equipment required. These facilities are located on the edge of the lake. Access is free for our customers.

Yes, the water quality is very good and the temperature, in summer, rises to around 80°F (around 26°C).

For customers of Le Huard and Le Héron (32, chemin du Saphir), there is a dock by the lake. This space is shared between the customers of these two chalets (4 people maximum) and Adirondack chairs are available on the quay. For customers of the other chalets (154, chemin du Rubis), there is a dock giving access to the lake with a ladder to facilitate swimming. It is not allowed to set up on it, as it is a shared access. Adirondack chairs are provided on the lakeside.

During your stay at HOM mini chalets, you are completely independent. You will receive by email 7 days before your arrival a digital code to access your chalet. However, we are available by email and phone at all times. Each chalet has a surveillance camera with an integrated bell that allows owners to be called in the event of an emergency.

Mini chalets 1 to 8 feature a private hot tub on the balcony, as well as a full bathroom, a bedroom with king-size bed and a lounge area with a sofa and hanging chair.

However, there are a few differences:

Chalets 7 and 8 don't have a kitchen island, but do have a dining table. They also have a microwave, and access to the lake via stairs.

Chalets 1 to 6 have a kitchen island, with the dining area located at the counter using stools with backrests. They do not have microwaves. Access to the lake is via a path just a few metres from the site.

Mini chalets 9 to 12 are all identical and offer a complete, private thermal circuit. There is no dishwasher or microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed.
