Blanche des Chutes
White, 5% alcohol, veiled with citrus and vanilla flavors from its boreal herbs.
In 1845, John Adams Perkins built a water-powered sawmill at the Blanche River Falls to harvest and work the trees in the area. This refreshing beer is slightly hazy, with it’s boreal herbs, it shows hints of spruce an vanilla.
Helles du Moulin
Helles blonde, 5% alcohol, with a light bitterness, aromas of pepper and hay and flavors of fresh bread.
In 1838, a flour mill was set up in Wakefield, to which a general store, spinning mill and sawmill were added. Blond in color, this beer offers a discreet bitterness followed by the roundness of malt, reminiscent of fresh breadcrumbs.
Rousse du Pont-Rouge
Irish red 5% alcohol with hints of slightly nutty caramel.
The Gendron covered bridge in Wakefield was built in 1915 and burned down in 1984. It was proposed to rebuild it in accordance with the original one, but to reserve its use for pedestrians and cyclists. In 1998, the existing bridge, made with a Douglas pine log structure and the exterior covered with pine planks was revived again.

Northeast IPA, cloudy blonde, 6.5% alcohol, with a sharp bitterness balanced by aromas of tropical fruit hops
A slightly cloudy blond, this IPA starts out with a gentle bitterness, which quickly gives way to tropical fruit aromas, giving the impression of a peaceful moment under the warmth of sunrays.
